All-round cross country tyre with extra puncture protection and low rolling resistance thanks to chained central section.

Black Panther – the fast and light weight, professional tire for cross country and marathon competitions. Developed with the riders of the Cannondale-Vredestein MTB Racing Team and experienced mountain bikers in North America and Southern Europe. The combination of knowledge and experience makes the Black Panther a true All-Mountain tire.

Thanks to the linked tread of the central zone, the tire rolls exceptionally lightly. The staggered, angled cleats increase the contact area and give the tire extra stability, climbing ability and braking power. A specially developed compound gives the outermost row of cleats more stability (TriComp X Technology) and extra grip in cornering. The open character of the tread makes the Black Panther suitable for most competition and weather conditions.

This tire is tubeless ready. You can use this tire with a classical tube or even tubeless.

Note: Tubeless Ready tires require tubeless compatible rims/wheels, tubeless valves, tubeless rim tape and sealing fluid for tubeless mounting. Sealant fluid is not required for tubeless UST tires, but is recommended for increased puncture protection. Installation should only be carried out by qualified personnel.
